Job Title: Case Manager Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Case Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our case management department.

Job Description

The Case Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to our case managers, ensuring that all cases are managed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Case File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, including client information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work or Relevant Field: A degree in social work or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry: 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
