Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Operations and Technology department as an Exec/Sr Exec. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth management of courses
  • Conduct impact analysis on service requests for data patches or change requests
  • Monitor and report project budget utilization and timelines
  • Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans, coordinating with end-users, and taking charge of issue resolution
  • Provide L1 support to address user issues and troubleshoot and work with vendors to resolve system issues
  • Lead initiatives to propose and implement improvements that continuously address evolving business needs
  • Implement robotic process automation and streamlining to improve process and system efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support for the department and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in IT or computing, with a preference for candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior working experience in IT business analysis and testing
  • Positive attitude towards challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to understand/diagnose and resolve issues
  • Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
  • Experience in implementing Power Automate/BI and other RPA/visualization tools is an advantage
