- Ensure designs meet competitive market needs by analyzing customer requirements and market trends.">
- Collaborate with research and development teams to continually improve catalyst technologies and enhance product offerings.">
- Provide professional services to customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.">
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.">
- Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights on product performance and applications.">
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.">
- Minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.">
- Experience in catalyst technology is highly desirable.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.">
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to engage across regions and functions effectively.">
- Willingness to travel regionally to achieve market targets.">
