Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.
Responsibilities:
Technical Design and Solutions:
  • Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for sulfuric acid and styrene catalysts.
  • Ensure designs meet competitive market needs.
  • Collaborate with research and development for continual improvement of catalyst technologies.

Customer Support in India and Southeast Asia:
  • Provide professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights.

Performance Warranty Development:
  • Create comprehensive performance warranty offerings.
  • Develop value-price proposals that communicate the benefits of catalysts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for product launch strategies.

Technical Consultation and Documentation:
  • Provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
  • Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of operational data and quality records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
  • Experience in catalyst technology is desirable.
  • Preference to having experience in managing stakeholders (including production plant personnel) and customers in Indonesia.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong conceptual and analytical skills, capable of navigating complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across regions and functions effectively.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to achieve market targets. (Up to 50%)
