Special Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Special Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing successful events, including weddings, conferences, and galas.
The Special Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event production, from initial planning to execution. This includes communicating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
- Degree or diploma in events management, hospitality, or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to create and manage timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of event production software, including lighting, sound, and video equipment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
- Self-motivated, positive working attitude, independent, and strong attention to detail.
