Special Events Coordinator Job Summary

As a Special Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing all related events and functions. This includes serving guests with excellent service at all times, refreshing event spaces after each function, and ensuring set-up meets standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of events, including setup, execution, and tear-down.
  • Provide exceptional service and attention to detail while serving guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
  • Ensure that all event furniture and equipment are in good condition and properly stored.
  • Conduct daily checks on event space maintenance to ensure everything is in order.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical fitness required for long periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
