We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the delivery of foreign exchange technology solutions within LTIMindtree. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initiation to closure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FX trading systems and processes, preferably front-to-back FX systems architecture. They will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations
- Track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies, and constraints
- Provide regular status updates to senior management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a business analyst in the finance sector
- 5 years experience in project delivery
- Domain knowledge in the FX and structured products system management in the finance sector
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools is essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also required.
