HR and Accounting Assistant

As an HR cum Accounts Executive at HOBBS HOLDINGS PTE LTD, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager on day-to-day accounting functions. You will also handle a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, leave management, work pass matters, employee records, and staff welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Accounts Manager in managing accounts and preparing monthly and annual accounts reports.
• Recruitment of new staff, including assisting in interview processes, handling onboarding, and exit clearance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding work passes and other employment-related matters.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE N/O level qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or finance is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
