Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Schedule team members' shifts to meet business needs and staff satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business processes to drive daily sales growth and achieve targets.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Prepare various types of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and tailor to customer preferences for an exceptional experience.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment to ensure high-quality beverage preparation.
  • Uphold high standards of quality in every aspect of coffee preparation, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Recommend and upsell additional menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase average order value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new brewing techniques to stay ahead in the competitive coffee market.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in latte art and pour-over techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and a genuine passion for coffee are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
