This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take customer orders and provide assistance in choosing menu items.
  • Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for every customer.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Follow standardized recipes and preparation techniques to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service counter and dining areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, such as coffee machines and utensils.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash registers and maintain proper change levels.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address any concerns or challenges.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Seek feedback and be open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
