Job Title: Lead Coffee Professional

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled coffee professional to lead our barista team. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the barista team to ensure high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement coffee menus that meet customer preferences and maintain high product standards.
  • Mentor baristas on beverage preparation, customer service, and daily café operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on coffee-making techniques, equipment care, and hygiene best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beans, and equipment.

Experience in a senior or supervisory barista role.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to train and develop staff.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Knowledge of inventory management and day-to-day café operations.
