We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Membership Relation Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing member relationships, coordinating events, and maintaining the Member Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute monthly events and programs for members.
  • Process new applications, handle renewal reminders, and manage general membership enquiries.
  • Verify details and payments, coordinate with the Finance team.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly membership reports.
  • Create and manage Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) to engage members and promote events.
  • Develop and expand member rewards by sourcing and uploading benefits to the Members Portal.
  • Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives, including webinars, site visits, workshops, and roundtable discussions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above in any discipline.
  • Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and result-driven.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Meticulous and able to manage administration of projects independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Prepared and able to travel at least once a month.
  • Able to formulate and conduct presentations in front of higher Management.
  • International trade knowledge, financial skills, and accounting will be an added advantage.
