Overview
A key position in our Enterprise team, the Customer Success Manager focuses on delivering exceptional engagement experiences for high-value customers.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, understanding their business goals and objectives, and identifying opportunities to grow product usage.
The role also involves reducing churn by analyzing customer behavior data, resolving friction, and increasing customer understanding of our products and services.
Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every prospective customer, resulting in increased customer health, gross profit maintenance, protection of our install base, and expansion opportunities.
Success metrics focus on portfolio gross profit, churn, net retention of portfolio volume and revenue, and upsell/cross-sell volume and revenue.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with assigned customers, driving mutual growth and success.
