Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling reward/incentive programs to maximize new customer activation
  • Drive funnel efficiency by identifying and improving key metrics such as login/profile completion and session depth
  • Incentivize customers to take action through collaboration with product and design teams
  • Experiment and test incentive positioning, value sizing, and behavioral nudges across the funnel
  • Segment and target customers using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data
  • Cross-channel activate customers through performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and SEO teams
  • Work with CRM and lifecycle teams to improve long-term retention rate
  • Measure and report impact of initiatives on acquisition KPIs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or eCommerce roles
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels, including optimization and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable executing tactics in a fast-paced environment
