
Customer Engagement Manager

The Customer Service Officer role involves managing customer relationships and events across the Asia Pacific region. This includes coordinating support and inductions to meet customer requirements and expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer events and coordinate support.
- Communicate customer requirements and expectations to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer needs.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries.
- Participate in regular network meetings to provide updates on customer engagement.
- Liaise with customers to manage forecasts for customer needs and scheduled/unscheduled visits.
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- Min 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Mature disposition, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and support off-hours requests.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
