Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.

The successful candidate will drive process efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making by implementing digital tools and overseeing system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the digital transformation roadmap, driving project implementation based on strategic objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration by deepening SOP and process integration across SCM, Sales, Factory, ISD, etc.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Implement digital Obeya for SCM projects, using digital Obeya rooms to visualize project status, KPIs, issues, and actions.
  • Enable transparent, real-time management across teams and regions.
  • Oversee digital system deployment, including SCM-side readiness for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Integrate systems, ensure clean master data, and support user adoption.
  • Drive KPI visibility and continuous improvement by operating performance dashboards (forecast accuracy, inventory quality, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
