Job Title: Retail Leasing and Asset Manager

\

This is a key role that oversees lease negotiations, renewals and administration scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls' landscape.

  • Key Responsibilities include: enancy management, source new concepts and prospects, negotiate and monitor lease terms, conduct retail market trend analysis, prepare budgets and business plans, oversee tenancy schedules, ensure proper leasing documentations are in place and submitted timely.\
  • The ideal candidate must be a degree holder in Real Estate or Business with at least 5 years of relevant leasing work experience preferred.\
  • Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA is mandatory for this position.\
  • Extensive network of contacts and keen understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls' landscape is necessary.\
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.\
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create business insights.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.\
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with strong organizational skills.\
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\\
