Schedule and Plan Construction Projects


About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner and Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling construction projects from start to finish.
Work Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction planning, preferably with a strong contractor background.
  • Extensive experience in construction planning using Primavera P6, including scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Ability to be stationed on-site full-time.

Education and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant field.
Project Expertise:
You will have experience in planning for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
Key Skills:
You will possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
Personal Qualities:
You will be able to work independently, function as a strong team player, and handle fast-paced projects effectively.
Communication Skills:
You will have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, as well as strong presentation skills.
