Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the progress of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a BSCC qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Arranging workers to work daily and recording timecards for end-of-month salary payment
  • Inspecting rebar and formwork on construction sites
  • Controlling quality, budget, and site progress
  • Working overtime as needed
  • Regularly inspecting construction sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
  • Oversight of construction projects and supervision of the construction team, including ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance, and training new employees

In addition, the candidate should have a working knowledge of construction tools and equipment, the ability to view drawings, and proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
