Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs and recruitment approach
    • Prepare and issue employment contracts and new hire documentation
    • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including compliance training and new starter induction
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Provide strategic HR support to our clients, including HR advisory services and employee wellbeing initiatives
    • Drive and manage performance management cases within our client groups
    • Work closely with leaders to develop and implement HR projects and procedures
    • Provide HR support services to our clients, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Exit Procedures and Offboarding
    • Develop and implement effective exit procedures for leaving employees
    • Work closely with line managers to complete terminations and coordinate with payroll
    • Complete exit procedures for all leaving employees
  • Life Cycle
    • Support employees, managers, and teams with life cycle events, including probation, family-friendly leave, and visa renewals
    • Manage employee leave, including annual leave, sick leave, and compassionate leave
  • Learning & Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Administer HR-related processes, including creating and updating letters, processes, and procedures

    • Participate in HR projects to enhance the working lives of employees
    • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
    Requirements
    • A degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience
    • Hands-on recruitment experience essential
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills essential
    • Strong customer service ethos essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
    • Knowledge on employment and labour laws essential
    • High degree of confidentiality and discretion essential
    • Payroll knowledge (from a checking perspective only) preferred
    • HRIS platform knowledge preferred
