About the Role:

  • We are looking for a technical leader who can design and implement architecture for large-scale systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.\
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in areas such as distributed systems, backend architecture, systems design, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.\
  • They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence through technical depth and clarity.\
  • The role requires the ability to balance pragmatism and long-term vision, knowing when to go fast and when to build for the future.\
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to discover new business needs and deliver impactful solutions.\
  • As a technical leader, you will set the bar for engineering excellence and drive long-term impact across multiple teams and domains.\
  • Responsibilities include architecting and building scalable systems, leading cross-team technical initiatives, contributing to technical strategy and roadmap, mentoring and advising staff, defining best practices around architecture and code quality, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.\
  • Requirements include a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields, at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript, experience in leading or managing a digital product and a team of engineers, and proven experience leading large-scale architecture and cross-team initiatives.\
