About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technical leadership and management.
">As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for setting team priorities that align with organizational goals, communicating effectively with team members, and guiding technical decisions.
">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects, drive technical innovation, and foster a collaborative environment.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities

- Set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals">
- Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams">
- Develop and evolve technical roadmaps to meet future requirements and infrastructure needs">
- Design and guide systems designs and write product or system development code to solve problems">
- Review code developed by engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development">
- 8 years of experience in software development">
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in people management, supervision/team leadership">
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field (desired)">
- Experience working in a matrixed organization (desired)">
- Experience with full-stack development, backend services, API design, batch systems, unit testing, and integration testing using Java or C++ (desired)">
