Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead our technical teams and drive innovation in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design of advanced process chips, from RTL to GDS, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Coordinate block-level synthesis, APR, and PV tasks for multiple blocks, resolving critical issues and providing solutions to team members.
- Develop and implement floorplanning, partitioning, and assembly strategies for complex hierarchical chips, exceeding 20 million instances and 1000+ macros.
- Manage project schedules and timelines, collaborating with Frontend and Signoff teams to deliver SoC PD tasks on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in IC design, with a strong track record of successful tapeouts.
- Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments and at least one programming language: C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
