Senior Structural Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Senior Structural Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering complex projects across Asia and internationally. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborating with expert engineers and technicians.

  • Lead project teams in delivering complex projects, from conceptual design stage to construction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide coaching and training to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with expert engineers and technicians to develop and implement innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in structural engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience of using initiative to overcome challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes of practice and authority submission and approval procedures.

  • BEng or MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience of managing medium / large size projects and delivering to time and budgetary deadlines.
  • Broad and deep technical knowledge in Structural Engineering, plus demonstrable understanding of other disciplines.
