Key Responsibilities

This role oversees all aspects of planning, procurement, and performance management within the Central Production Unit.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Drive operational excellence by managing KPIs such as on-time fulfillment, yield/shrinkage, and cost for unit of transformation.
  • Develop and implement new processes in coordination with the Manager for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with peers in three focus areas: Fish & Seafood, Fruits & Vegetables, and Poultry.
  • Ensure process compliance and analyze data (transactional, KPI, etc.).
