Position Overview

At Hex Trust, we are committed to fostering trust within the digital asset landscape. We seek an accomplished sales professional with a strong background in digital assets and financial services to spearhead our client acquisition and revenue generation efforts globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth FinTech environment and is eager to contribute to our expanding client and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across our custody and global markets offerings, including comprehensive custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales lifecycle: from initial scoping and pipeline management to pitching, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing sales.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and our specific product offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product to enhance and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor key trends in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles with institutional clients in both traditional financial services and digital asset startups.
  • Familiarity with prime brokerage services, including custody and trading.
  • Understanding of the operational requirements within a regulated financial institution.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and cultivate strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 organizations.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, often ambiguous entrepreneurial setting with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is a plus.
