Early Childhood Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy executive to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for early childhood educator roles.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's evolving needs.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple platforms, including job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and social media.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions to develop a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for early childhood roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports on hiring metrics and progress.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies, shorten time-to-hire, and improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the early childhood sector.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a sound understanding of the sector's workforce needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS and modern recruitment tools.
