
Global Relationship Builder

This key leadership position is pivotal in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, fostering business growth and driving the company's strategic expansion plans. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales, fundraising or distribution-related roles within Singapore's finance industry.
The role requires a deep understanding of the capital markets, particularly in the real estate segment, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to both internal stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and maintain relationships with institutional clients, banks, insurance firms, family offices, EAMs, and ultra-high net worth clients.
- Lead the business development and relationship management team in fundraising campaigns, spearheading book-building through negotiations with anchor investors and driving momentum through marketing events and presentations.
- Utilize appropriate company resources to develop and provide business and partnership initiatives to deepen relationships.
- Drive initiatives to manage, maintain and transform business data analytics on investor base and fundraising process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic expansion plans set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement investor engagement solutions to ensure high level client service delivery.
- Provide guidance for junior members of the team.
- Be an appointed Authorised Representative of the company, complying with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture.
- Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, particularly in the real estate segment.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Singapore's finance industry, particularly in sales, fundraising or distribution-related roles in MAS-regulated financial institutions. Prior investment-related experience will be valued.
- Possess a strong network of institutional, family office, and ultra-high net worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of investment structures and ability to communicate complex, abstract, and/or difficult messages in a simple and clear manner.
- Self-driven team player who is result-oriented.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Good university degree preferably in area of finance, accounting or banking.
- Completed relevant competency examinations required for appointment of Authorised Representative.
