Global Account Manager

This role involves overseeing and growing relationships within global accounts, driving revenue growth and delivering customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders in global accounts, fostering CXO-level customer relationships to enhance customer retention.
  • Determine opportunities for expansion, including upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to secure bids and innovative deals addressing customers' IT&T needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with global clients.
  • Proactively identify and address issues impacting client satisfaction or account performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technology trends, differentiating our unique value offerings in this domain.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction with decision-makers, serving as a key ambassador.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a global context.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of ICT and telecommunications preferred.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and clients effectively.
