Project Executive for Creative Events

The role of Project Executive for Creative Events involves playing a key part in supporting and managing various creative event campaigns. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to bring event concepts to life and deliver impactful experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Event Planning: Support research and booking of suitable venues, and assist in vendor management and concept development.
  • Logistics & Operations: Assist in creating and overseeing detailed event timelines, schedules, and technical coordination with vendors.
  • On-Site Supervision: Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all event elements, including decor and technical aspects, meet client standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for the events and creative industry.
  • Familiarity with the event planning and management process.
  • Aptitude for creating compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a clear and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good understanding of project management fundamentals, including budgeting, people management, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Nitec in Events, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
