IT Executive Role

The role of IT Executive involves overseeing the planning, implementation and execution of IT systems and applications for Allied Health departments.

  • Plan and implement IT schedules, allocate resources and coordinate with system vendors and department end users.
  • Prepare and submit annual IT workplans in consultation with department leads and operations staff.
  • Manage IT planning and execution for Allied Health departments in our upcoming campus.
  • Serve as Credentialed Trainer for EPIC modules and conduct training for new users.
  • Assess and process EPIC change requests, including build changes and troubleshooting root causes.
  • Oversee integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
  • Drive strategic system evolution by leveraging cloud solutions for optimized service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Upgrade existing IT systems, automate workflows and collaborate with key staff to meet new requirements.
  • Oversee department IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, printers and acquisition of new systems/accessories.
  • Handle data extraction, compilation, workload statistics, price updates, charge rectifications and audit activities.
  • Manage contracts and liaise with vendors and departments.
  • Review, update and implement IT SOPs in compliance with MOH, cluster and Synapxe directives, including business continuity planning.
  • Lead regular IT audits for Allied Health departments.

Candidates should have experience in troubleshooting, healthcare, computer studies, computer support, computer vision, computer networks, computer science, compliance, computer repair, computer society, computer program, audits and statistics.
