Job Title: Senior Loan Services Director

This is a high-level position overseeing day-to-day operations of treasury and loan services. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of international banking experience, particularly in wholesale loans, fund or structured finance, and treasury operations.

The role involves preparing and verifying SWIFT messages, executing daily operational tasks, validating and reconciling traded products, ensuring full compliance with internal controls and procedures, and participating in the development and implementation of new systems and products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and verify SWIFT messages, oversee management of the SWIFT system.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with focus on delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders, full compliance with SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Validate and reconcile traded products against source documentation and clearer statements.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls and procedures, maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in development and implementation of new systems, products, and market initiatives—process setup, control frameworks, service levels, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects related to listed futures and options.
  • Process settlements for loan disbursements, treasury trades, and securities transactions with high level of accuracy, ensuring compliance and timely settlement.
