With regional offices across Asia, the company continues to evolve under multi-generational leadership and is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its team.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Lead strategic treasury planning to support vessel acquisitions, refinancing, and long-term capital deployment
  • Manage and optimise group-wide liquidity, ensuring adequate funding and efficient cash allocation across jurisdictions and subsidiaries
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, export credit agency-backed loans, and leasing arrangements
  • Oversee financial risk management, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and hedging strategies, aligned with corporate risk appetite and market conditions
  • Drive capital allocation decisions, debt/equity structuring, and balance sheet optimisation in collaboration with the senior leadership team
  • Enhance treasury governance, including policy development, internal controls, KPIs, and compliance with financial covenants.
  • Lead treasury reporting to the Board, including budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analysis

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; with at least 10 years of working experience in treasury
  • Experience working Group/HQ level, proven ability to execute business initiatives in collaboration with senior management
  • Industry experience in shipping, aviation, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive sectors
  • Track record of managing large-scale financings across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead complex structured financing initiatives
