Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to deliver high-quality service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
  • Business Development: Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations.
  • Compliance: Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
