We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Team Lead to join our team at Omni-Health Pte Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in robotics and automation, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in robotic automation integration and implementation, and at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
As a Robotics Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the testing, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic automation systems and solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse workflows and identify automation opportunities, and provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
The role requires creating and conducting tests to validate robotic systems and ensure reliability, implementing and maintaining control systems for robotic applications, and staying updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies.
You will also support the mentoring and development of junior engineers and ensure the team's professional growth, represent the team in project meetings, and provide regular updates on project status and challenges.
