Job Title: Marine HSEQ Professional
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our company's Safety Management System.

This includes tasks related to manuals and fleet notices, as well as investigations of accidents and incidents.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing and enhancing Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems.

In addition, the candidate will support GM CHSEQ / ICT in the management of HSEQ related projects for ship management strategy division energy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the Safety Management System, including manual updates and fleet notice dissemination.

  • Investigate accidents and incidents, advising managers on measures to prevent recurrence.

  • Develop and enhance Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems.

  • Support GM CHSEQ / ICT in managing HSEQ related projects for ship management strategy division energy.


Requirements:

  • Deck Class 1 Certificate of Competency

  • At least 10 years' shore experience in a major ship management company or Oil Major

  • Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards

  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a positive attitude and self-motivation

  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
