Job Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at Publicis Groupe, you will have the opportunity to lead the work on some of the world's most popular consumer brands, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest growing region in the world. You will work with clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Director in business support and management, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Provide timely responses to client requests, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Schedule business meetings and follow up on key deliverables, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans, analyzing data to evaluate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Track campaign budgets, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
  • Gather information on the competition, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure that ad campaigns are in compliance with advertising guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business improvement programs, driving growth and innovation within the agency.
  • Analyze invoices and provide invoicing support, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Assist in developing client presentations, proposals, and reports, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of account management principles, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist the Account Director in coordinating day-to-day account activities, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of creative agency experience, preferably in Social Ops or Social-First Agency background.
  • Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work after hours and travel overnight for shoots and post sessions.
  • Natural ability to stay organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
  • Personal interest in social and social marketing, social trends is a huge plus.
  • Good to have: Past experience in FMCG or Beauty or Financial Services (Banking, Payment brands, etc).
  • Good to have: Past experience with regional work/hubs in SEA or APAC.
