This role involves designing and delivering commercial interior spaces that meet clients' needs.

  • Design plans using computer-aided design software.\
  • Draft and prepare layout drawings.\
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and project managers on projects.\
  • Manage site vendors and ensure work quality standards are met.\
  • Ensure project expenditure is within budget.\
  • Attend meetings and liaise with consultants and sub-contractors.\
  • Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation.\
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.\
  • Key skills include drawing, architectural knowledge, electrical knowledge, 3D modeling, and proficiency in CAD and SketchUp.\
  • Awareness of spatial planning, furniture selection, and AutoCAD proficiency.\
  • Also, skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and layout management are beneficial.\
