About the role
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our creative team at Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. in the Woodlands North Region. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aesthetics and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. This full-time position will allow you to leverage your design expertise and passion for creating captivating interior environments.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and design requirements
  • Generating innovative design concepts and mood boards that reflect the client's style and preferences
  • Preparing detailed design plans, floor layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Selecting and sourcing suitable furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to bring the designs to life
  • Coordinating with related department InCharge to ensure the successful implementation of design plans
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the commercial sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative vision
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMAx and Coohom (3D)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
