Project Scheduler Role

This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules across various phases, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. This involves creating comprehensive master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, integrating inputs from diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate project timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
  • Develop and implement effective sequencing plans, aligning with pharmaceutical process logic and workflows.
  • Monitor site progress regularly, tracking critical paths, buffer times, and milestone schedules, particularly those tied to equipment installation and validation.
  • Present scheduling updates during internal and client meetings, ensuring clear and concise communication of project status and progress.
  • Collaborate with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize activity sequencing and enhance overall project efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years focused on pharmaceutical projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; expertise in MS Project and Excel for schedule analytics.
  • Familiarity with GMP processes and cleanroom construction sequencing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF) and site safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
