CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection status of accounts receivables, coordinating with the shared services team, and reviewing and assisting with Accounts Receivables tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable collection status and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to maintain accurate and up-to-date AR collection records.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivables tasks, including issuing invoices and sending statements of account.
  • Support the uploading of sales data into the system.
  • Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) as required.
  • Prepare and submit weekly cash reports and month-end reports.
  • Perform capitalization of Fixed Assets (FA), execute monthly depreciation runs, and manage the FA schedule.
  • Enhance the efficiency of work processes and provide support for ad hoc projects or queries from the Head Office and Inter-company teams.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparations and extract information from TradeNet as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in an Accounting-related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive work attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual who works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
