Job Description

At GRACE HR SOLUTIONS, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing accounts reconciliation, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable;
  • Perform accounts reconciliation with bank inward records;
  • Assist in yearly financial reporting and quarterly GST reporting;
  • Provide financial support to the Accounts Department Head;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant accounts experience;
  • Good attitude, team player, and detail-oriented individual;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Navision;
  • Additional knowledge in Microsoft Office and other financial software will be an advantage.
