Job Summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complete or partial accounts, performing bookkeeping and data entry tasks, and processing payments related to supplier invoices and cheque issuance. You will also ensure the accuracy of account codes and cost center allocations, review Accounts Receivable Aging reports, and investigate outstanding balances. Additionally, you will assist with month-end closing procedures, prepare monthly statements, and send reminders to customers. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel spreadsheet is required. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete or partial accounts

Requirements
