Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Job Description

This is a full-time permanent role with 5.5 days of work per week. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with flexible schedules as needed. The salary package includes a competitive basic salary, overtime pay, allowances, and variable bonus.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist walk-in customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements
  • Min. O Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
