We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Partner to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Relationship Account Management team, you'll play a critical role in driving long-term partnerships with our mature customers, creating expansion & evangelism in the process.

In this dynamic role, you'll act as a strategic advisor to your customer base, aligning not only to their MongoDB initiatives but also their internal processes and overall corporate strategy. You'll be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts.

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets. Your bi-lingual speaking skills (English and professional/business Mandarin) will be invaluable in communicating with our clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex enterprise technologies and be able to articulate their value. You'll be passionate about driving growth and delivering business outcomes through virtual meetings, strategy sessions, and business reviews. A mind for technology, entrepreneurial mindset, high levels of organization, and a passion for collaboration are essential qualities for this role.

You'll work closely with MongoDB executives, product managers, and leadership to achieve positive customer outcomes.
