Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the growth and development of our flagship F&B outlet. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and business development within the Singapore F&B industry.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and consistency, and drive profitability while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements. The leader will also identify opportunities for future expansion and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for future outlets and brand expansion.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
  • Plan and execute improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
3. Financial Performance & Cost Management
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve operational goals.
  • Implement effective cost control measures to improve profitability.
4. KPI Development & Monitoring
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for outlet performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational results.
  • Implement corrective actions where necessary.
5. Talent Management & Recruitment
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff capabilities and service standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales.
  • Manage social media presence and promotional activities across all brands.
  • Collect customer feedback and implement service improvements.
7. Relationship Building & Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events.
8. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency regulations, including obtaining licenses and permits.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene, workplace safety, and other statutory requirements.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust operations accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or operations management within the F&B industry.
  • Skills:
    Strong financial and analytical abilities.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
    Proficiency in financial planning and cost management.
