Job Title: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative talent attraction strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.

You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to attract top talent.

In addition, you will partner with educational institutions and government agencies to drive strategic alliances and optimize recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture and values
  • Utilize a range of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
  • Partner with stakeholders to schedule interviews and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min Degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Min 5 yrs of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/public sector
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
