Develop Strategic Talent Acquisition Plans

 

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Healthcare to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies that drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective recruitment processes.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate our company culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and hire qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
