Job Title: Corporate Banking Assistant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our corporate banking team in a key support role. The successful candidate will play a vital part in managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of administrative matters.
  2. Support Relationship Managers in credit and marketing activities, including preparing credit proposals and financial analysis.
  3. Assist with account onboarding, including KYC due diligence and documentation review.
  4. Monitor credit limits, loan drawdowns, rollovers, and ensure timely processing of post-loan operations.
  5. Manage internal reports, consolidating financial and client data for departmental reviews.
  6. Input credit limits and transactional data into internal banking systems with accuracy.
  7. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-level service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience in corporate client onboarding, KYC, or banking operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and banking systems advantageous.
