Dim Sum Professional

We are seeking a skilled dim sum professional to join our team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dim sum production and knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of dim sum items;
- Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum;
- Support the chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging;
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards;
- Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate must be able to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and possess physical stamina to stand for long periods.
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who is able to multitask and maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
